A Dayton-area animal-welfare nonprofit needed to accelerate their major gifts program — a $10k+/year donor initiative critical to 2027 budget planning. The engagement ran from discovery to production deployment: a custom Claude-powered AI assistant built end-to-end, enabling communications and donor relations leadership to accelerate major donor campaign development and employee handbook modernization.
Delivered two primary assets in the first consulting session: a major gifts prospect tracker and a session summary with a clear forward roadmap. The assistant reached daily active use within weeks of launch. Engagement active; client in early deployment across donor listing and campaign communications workflows.
